myHP - X Harvard

Meet X Harvard, one of Malcolm's classmates.

Coming from a poor family, X hopes to make his folks proud by overcoming the odds and striving to become a great hero. His actions and deeds are known throughout town, and it's due to these actions that his popularity among the students had risen since. While at times naive, X is loyal and helpful to others that need help, and brave and tough when enemies threaten to start trouble.

X's trusted weapon is a creation of his own, known as "Deadbolt." He essentially took two strong longsword blades and housed them together in a cylindrical casing, with other metal scraps to form the rest of the sword such as railroad spikes, a metal hammer handle, and even a doorknob...all held together with a large solid bolt. The two blades are aligned parallel to one another and are considered very lethal in this arrangement. With great skill, X can potentially catch an opponent's sword between Deadbolt's parallel blades and break their blade in-between with a well-placed twist.

X also bears a compact shield known as the "Charade," developed by NorthStar. While not very noticeable by default, the shield is actually formed by magic forces, ranging almost three times as large as the physical shield itself. It does require activation to make the magic force work, and as such one has to use Charade's traits like second nature to deem it effective. It's a difficult accessory to work with, which would explain its typically inexpensive price tag, but X uses it with such a skill that makes it appear to be worth even more.

X's natural skills in combat seem to overcome the limits placed upon him, making him that much more impressive a hero. Even when his sword and shield are not available, he is capable enough to fight his foes with his great balance of speed, grace, and power. He'll look for a potential weakness and then wait for a chance to strike.
