Tokaru Bond 'Skipper' ?

I had to do at least one more. This Tokaru Bond is never introduced in the story, but who cares? It's Sketch Tucker and Pepper the dog in a unique Tokaru Bond of their own: "Skipper!"

Why would there be a Tokaru Bond of Sketch and Pepper? I don't know. I initially thought this would be an interesting character to play as in a Malamite Ltd. fighting game. Pepper's got a lot of hidden surprises when he's "normal," so you have to just imagine what kinds of stuff he can do with Tokaru abilities. Right now he's just holding a standard Tokaru Buster in his paw.

I've thought of other Tokaru Bonds beyond the story, but I'm leaving them all aside for the time being (unless there are people out there who really want to see them...). For now, there's little Skipper, and the rain of blue-colored insanity that's sure to follow. :3
