Pepper's 'Mobile Chair'

Pepper the Dog is a unique character. Since he has no license to drive a real vehicle (nor does he own a real vehicle), he went and made this unusual means of transportation.

Introducing his "Mobile Chair." Pepper took a cushiony wheeled office chair and strapped a wind fan on its back, which was modified with a ceiling fan (the light in the middle works as a nice rear light!), all powered by a heavy-duty car battery right underneath it. He has two flashlights strapped on the sides of the armrests for "headlights," just to complete the package.

About the pushbroom, he uses it for steering and braking (presses it to the ground on the sides or in front of the chair, respectively). Originally he had a plunger doing the job, but sometimes the plunger stuck too well and Pepper was left hanging on the plunger as the chair went on its merry way without him. So pushbroom it is! :3

He used this chair to get around the outskirts of the jungle and the vast savannah, where he originally found Kira and Ataru, respectively. (Olive found Pepper a while later at his own house). The chair accomodates one person, and maybe two if one sits on another's lap. But it gets kinda crowded if more people get on board... > .O
