So I decided to touch up the Pepper & Co. icons a little. Some changes are subtle, but perhaps some are more noticeable.
Their eyes are all a little bigger, though only slightly. Ataru's bangs were adjusted so the origins looked like they cam more rom the center of his head. Ataru and Kira had slight nosejobs. And Olive had a major one; it's so petite now! It looks better than the unfoxy big honker she had before, yes?
Other than that, everything seems very much the same. But then, there wasn't much changing to the characters' designs, so I suppose there wasn't much need for rehashing. Ataru's newer cheek fuzz would've been tricky for the icon, but I think the pointed type looks a bit slicker and nicer, so that didn't change.
Sorry, I'm rambing. :3
And if you don't know, from the left: Pepper, Ataru, Kira, Olive. The fuzzy four!
Flash is cooperating at the moment. Apparently it's not the best idea to enable Windows Aero. But I don't trust the Tools bar, so I detached it from locked position. It seems to be working at the moment...
And thanks! At some point, when I'm daring, I'm going to return to the Utopian Legend sketches I made and color them in. I hope Flash doesn't object...
I've sometimes wondered why I've been associating my things (particularly The Utopian Legend and Pepper & Co.) with icons. But I've come a long way and don't really have a legitimate answer. X3
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
