Lv. UP - Jack Sawyer

Jack is the quarterback of the school football team, and an all-around jerk and bully. Thanks to the team's virtually unstoppable status, he has that to fall back on as a dominating trait, especially when he plays as the most important team member. In terms of actual skill, Jack's abilities are passable, but not stellar. However, there hasn't been anyone else willing and/or capable enough to take the role of quarterback; his threatening tone has also managed to dissuade any once-willing candidates.

Jack is often backed up by most of the other team members when pushing people around, especially those weaker than himself. He takes enjoyment out of berating them, occasionally even hurting them a little. If someone attempts to stand up to him, he's not afraid to beat some "sense" into the brave victim, and his teammates sometimes join in the beatdown. It's difficult to tell whether the other teammates have the same attitude as Jack, or if they're tagging along just to avoid being targets themselves.

Jack bends to no one's influences other than a remote few: the coach, the rest of the adult faculty, and their star player Diesel, who dislikes their aggressive and mean antics and stays out of their group. He buckles in Diesel's presence once the antics go too far for the big guy to tolerate.

It's not a rarity to see Jack either get in trouble with faculty or be thwarted by certain students. Some such students can either outsmart him or overpower him, and when he realizes he can't win the fight he'll make an empty threat of revenge before running off with his tail between his legs.

Of note, he really, REALLY dislikes being called Jack "The Hack" Sawyer, even if unintentional (a play on hacksaw, perhaps).
