Bunshee is the baby form of Leppicorn, and is unable to be found in the wild. A Bunshee egg appears when breeding both a male and female Leppicorn together; there are no other creatures that can breed with Leppicorn (not even Ditto). Similarly, since Bunshee is considered a "baby Pokémon," it is unable to breed.

Bunshee is a fairly shy creature that likes to hide and avoid eye contact with anyone or anything if at all possible. Its typical reaction to confrontation is to run away, and if this is impossible, it'll try to use skills to make its rival go away. As a result, it's primarily strong in both speed and defense and weak in attack. (Leppicorn maintains high speed, but it is strong in attack rather than defense.)

Bunshee evolves into Leppicorn when it levels up with a high happiness level.

A lot of folks seemed to think Leppicorn had quite a few things in common with Lucario in terms of its design. It wasn't the plan when I started on the art, but somehow its appearance ended up very similar. But connections with Lucario (a "rivalry" of sorts) ended up happening regardless, so the least I could do was present a "baby" of Leppicorn, much like Lucario has its own "baby," Riolu.

Even in the baby form, Lucario bears a consistent appearance of toughness and dedication to battle, virtually unafraid of what it may confront. I wanted to go the opposite direction for Leppicorn, instead making it shy and hesitant in its younger form. It would need the care of a Trainer to help build its confidence and bravery enough to reach its next evolution. I liked the idea of this.

In terms of Bunshee's appearance, it's fairly close to Leppicorn's. The colors are a little lighter, its hair hasn't grown all the way, and the colors of both the "shirt" and the "sleeves/pants" are inverted. the horns are of course shorter as well. A female Bunshee would sport much smaller horns and a longer shirt bottom, much like the female Leppicorn.

By the way, don't assume that because you can see Bunshee's eyes, you now know what Leppicorn's eyes look like too. For all you know, they may be entirely different (it's how Pokémon tends to work). :3

As for moves and abilities, there would be more of an emphasis on defensive skills, or moves that would likely depend on the strength of the opponent to work effectively. This may include:

Agility
Barrier
Counter
Detect
Extrasensory
Kinesis
Lucky Chant
Magic Coat
Pound
Reflect
Stored Power
U-Turn
Wish

...among other things.

An ability that Bunshee may end up having is "Anxiety," which greatly raises its Defense and Special Defense stats if the opponent is a higher level.
