Long ago I had a cast of Pokemon that had gotten interweaved into a story series. Called "PersaPokemon," these Pokemon became able to talk and behave more like humans. One character was called "Bruce," and he was a Raichu. This isn't the same Raichu as from those very old (iffy) stories, but I decided to keep the name.
What started as sort of a doodle became a pretty solid design. A drifting Raichu what roams the streets and takes on whoever challenges him. For some reason he's wearing some fancy pants and a hoodie. I think it looks good on him. The first was the standing frontal view, while the second was the aerial kick. The third was the hind view. I decided to color the kicking pose while the standing pictures remained in pencil form.
Raichu is one of my more favorite Pokemon. For the longest while I found him more likeable than Pikachu. Were there a plushie of Bruce, I'd take it. :3
Heh. the stories existed before I was a full-time Internet user. The first exposure I had was a spinoff of the aforementioned stories featuring Kazuya, Zack, and Baek, among other characters.
Bruce wasn't a very big player in the stories, much to his chagrin, I'm sure. X3

This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization.
